How can i remove things from customize notification area

Do you meant that there are some items that no longer exist in the computer are still showing on the list "Select which icons and notifications appear on the taskbar"?

To remove the past Notification Icons from this list, follow these steps:



1. Go to Start, type Regedit and hit Enter. This will take you to Registry Edit. tool
2. navigate to the following key from the left sidebar:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify

3. Highlight TrayNotify, on the right panel, delete both IconStreams and PasteIconsStream.
4. Press ctrl +shift + esc to open Task Manager.
5. In Processes tab, right click explorer.exe process and choose end. Once done, go to File > Run, enter explorer.exe and hit Enter, this will start explorer.exe again.
